Frequently asked questions

If you place your order before 23:00 on a business day, we will ship your package immediately. Check shipping & delivery for more information.

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Within the Netherlands we deliver with PostNL to your home. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the package will be delivered to the service point.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code.

If your order hasn’t been shipped then you have the option to cancel it. You can reach out to us during working hours and we will assist you in the cancellation process. If your order is in transit and you want to cancel it, don’t worry. Once you receive your order, contact us and we will provide you with link where you can enter details to return your items. Click the link to return the order to us. Once our returns department receives your items, we will proceed with canceling your order. Contact us if you require further assitance.

Go to the track and trace page and As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track your items.

Do check your SPAM folder for our order confirmation email. Also double check if you have entered your email address correctly. You can also email us and after we investigate, we will send you an order confirmation along with the track and trace code.

As soon as you see a product you want, click on the add button and it will get added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping for other products or proceed to the checkout and purchase your product. The shopping cart offers you an overview of all the products you have selected. You can edit your order. Once you have the items you want to purchase, you can proceed. Click on Complete order. Enter the delivery address and payment details. Once you completed all the steps, your order will be successfully placed. Congratulations on your new Keratain items. Check your email for an order confirmation.

Keratain offers a number of payment options for you to choose from:

- Sofort (Sofort allows you to make a payment via your internet banking system)
- Klarna pay later
- Bancontact (use your Bancontact card or mobile app linked to a Belgian bank account to make online payments or payments at a physical store)

Yes, Keratain offers the option of buying first and paying later. You can choose Klarna pay later during the checkout and after you receive your order, proceed to pay Klarna.
